Shipping
Shipping costs are determined by weight, shipping method and destination. Standard motor freight is used for larger or heavier items. Shipping time averages (7) working days, but can take (15+) working days. We will do our best to make a projected delivery date, but we can not guarantee an exact delivery. If delivery site is not accessible, we may have to transport to the nearest point and it will be your responsibility to pick-up and transport to your home. You will be contacted prior to delivery to arrange for an approximate delivery time. You must be home or you will receive a minimum delivery charge of $75.00 per order. Inspect all merchandise at delivery. Check the Bill of Lading to make sure you received the correct quantity of packages. Your products are insured against freight damage.
Privacy Policy
Any information collected here will not be sold, given or made available to any mailing list or outside advertising company. Do not submit credit card numbers via e-mail.
Payment Methods
We accept personal checks, cashiers checks, MasterCard and Visa. Due to the nature of our products (in that some are custom made or ordered from existing pieces), and shipping often times must be coordinated, as well as to keep costs down, we would like to confirm all details of your order by phone to ensure your satisfaction. You may contact us Monday-Saturday 9 a.m.-9 p.m. central time.
Satisfaction/Returns
Your satisfaction is very important. If you wish to return your merchandise, you must contact us within (7) days of receipt. You can also cancel your order within 24 hours. To return items, they must be in original condition and they must be repackaged and insured. Return shipping charges are not refundable. You will also be charged a 15% restocking fee for items already in stock and a 50% restocking fee for items that are made upon your order placement. Actual pieces and colors may not match items ordered from displays. Pine has cracks or "checks" and are a result of logs contracting as it dries and are not considered defects, and do not affect the structural integrity and strength of our log furniture. This is one of the features of natural, rustic log furniture that makes it so appealing.
